*PRESENTATIONS*
You are given 20 minutes maximum for your presentation (40 minutes for keynote speakers). It is imperative that you stay within this time frame. During your presentation, we will notify you when there are 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining, and we will politely stop your presentation at 20 minutes. (If you are reading your paper, prepare no more than 8 double-spaced pages of text.) All presentations should be in English.
If you are using slides, please bring them on a USB drive or email them to us. We will try to load presentations for each day in the mornings. This will help us stay on time.
ACTIVITIES
Finally, we have prepared several fun activities during the congress. There is a free jazz concert and drinks especially for ICAS participants on Wednesday night. The concert will be a very short taxi or Uber ride from the congress venue. Friday's trip to Wieliczka will involve free transportation, lectures, a free tour of the mine, and dinner.
